For property agencies
Prepare an agency partnership enquiry
Start with a small set of listings you can keep current. Identify who controls each record and who can answer a buyer enquiry.
Four things to share in a first conversation
- Your agency’s public profile, market and contact route.
- A sample set of records with stable listing references and a current source link.
- The permission you have for descriptions, translations, images and video.
- How availability changes are shared and who will receive enquiries.
What to agree before publication
Decide which website owns the full listing and which sites can show a preview. Write down which fields can be reused, how updates and withdrawals are sent, and what happens to records after the agreement ends.
Keep private credentials and property documents out of the first message. Use the existing contact route to confirm whether the opportunity and market are a fit.
Talk to the team
Use “Agency partnership” in your message and include a public example. The team can then discuss scope, permissions and the right person to handle the enquiry.
