Keep a listing tied to its evidence
Give the property a stable reference. Track what is known, who supplied it and when it was last checked.
Make a short evidence record

| Measurements | Units, what was measured, the source and any mismatch to resolve. |
| Photos and text | Date, source, description and what publication, editing and reuse are permitted. |
| Availability | Current status, when it was checked and who is responsible for the next update. |

BG House identifies AAA-BG-000564 as a sold property in Osikovo. Its archived reference makes the record easy to distinguish from current stock. A public archive can give readers context when the owner has approved retention and the status is clear.
Keep enquiry routes and current stock separate from archived material. If an asking price is retained in an archive, label it as such.
